NAVAI TRADITIONS IN THE WORK OF MAMATKUL HAZRATKULOV (in the example of love interpretation)
Abstract
This article analyzes the Sufi–philosophical essence of the concept of love, which occupies a central place in the works of Alisher Navoi, the sultan of the realm of words, as well as its artistic continuity in modern Uzbek literature. It also examines theartistic representation of the theme of love in the novellas of the contemporary writer Mamatqul Hazratqulov through the characters of Botir, Temir, and Zafar. Through these characters, various manifestations of love—such as human affection, patriotism, and devotion are revealed. The study substantiates the organic connection between Navoi’s literary legacy and modern literary thought, and highlights the aesthetic and educational significance of the concept of love in contemporary literature
