Abstract
The article analyzes the aerodynamic characteristics of a wind turbine rotor. Justified by the laws of aerodynamics. They prove that it is the main design indicator when designing them. The system of mechanical energy accumulation from the rotor and the increase in flywheel mass with increasing speed are studied. An electronic system of control of generator power depending on wind speed and resistance of generators, when maximum energy is generated. Work of maximum value of efficiency coefficient at wind flow speed.
