Scientific basis for the restoration of the accuracy of the main surfaces of the gyrating shaft of cone crushers
Abstract
This scientific article examines and theoretically analyzes the process of planned maintenance and shaft restoration in a technological module for cone crushers used in the mining industry. In addition, the article presents a scientific study of the schematics of cone shafts and the coordinate systems of their working surfaces within the technological module of cone crushers. Likewise, the article considers the processes of restoring geometric accuracy, direct grinding of large-sized shafts, their technological modules, and the sequence of operations based on these modules. The technological module was developed based on the support system of an NT250M lathe. The technological tasks required to achieve accuracy in machining operations to restore the functionality of the cone shaft are considered. It was determined that the accuracy requirements for the restoration of shafts originate from the accuracy requirements for the system of the directly assembled crushing unit. Accordingly, the accuracy requirements placed on the restoration of cone crusher shafts are also analyzed in this scientific article. Furthermore, the article provides a processing scheme for the cone shaft within the technological module.
