Abstract
This paper analyzes existing methods and models for group decision support systems. The main objective of the study is to develop mathematical models and algorithms for collective decision-making that incorporate expert opinions and to evaluate their effectiveness and practical applicability through testing on real-world datasets. A modified weighted-sum model for group decision-making is proposed, which is based on an extended alternative matrix structure that accounts for differences in experts’ knowledge, competencies, and experience. The proposed approach enables more accurate and balanced decisions in complex management scenarios.
