Abstract
This article examines Babur studies during the period of independence. It highlights that despite his short life, Babur compiled immortal memoir works, arranged rare poetic divans, and founded an exemplary school of military art that has remained influential over time. The article also provides information on how his military experience has been studied alongside the achievements of world-renowned historical figures such as Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Napoleon, and Amir Temur. Furthermore, it is scientifically demonstrated that Baburnama, as a memoir, has been translated into many languages of the world and repeatedly published, and that it has not lost its scholarly and cultural significance to this day.
