Abstract

This article is dedicated to the analysis of a mukhammas written by the poetess Sitorabonu Hoshim qizi, based on a ghazal by Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. The author discusses how the poetess continues the traditions of the mukhammas genre and examines the artistic merits of her worthy tazmin (poetic response) to Babur’s work
