Innovative non-pharmaceutical approaches to knee arthrosis rehabilitation
Abstract
Knee arthrosis (gonarthrosis) is one of the most common chronic degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Effective rehabilitation includes not only drug treatment but also non-drug methods aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving patients’ quality of life. This article examines modern innovative approaches to non-drug rehabilitation for knee arthrosis, including physiotherapy, exercise therapy, robotic systems, aquatherapy, and rehabilitation on the HUBER simulator. It is demonstrated that the implementation of innovative methods can significantly improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment.
