Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of organizing the educational process using information and communication technologies (ICT), particularly based on web projects. The study examines the integration of ICT tools with pedagogical theories, including connectivism, socio-cultural approaches, and cognitive learning principles. The role of web projects in the educational process is explored, highlighting their ability to provide interactivity, individualization, collaboration, and assessment opportunities. The article also discusses how the effective use of information technologies can enhance educational quality, strengthen students’ knowledge, and enrich the learning process with global resources. The results of the study provide a scientific basis for adapting education to the digital environment, modernizing pedagogical processes, and applying contemporary online projects in education.
