Women’s Empowerment in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities
Abstract
This article examines the issues of increasing the activity of women in the higher education system from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The study analyzes women’s participation in the educational process, their involvement in scientific research activities, and the factors contributing to strengthening their social roles in society. In addition, the paper highlights ways to expand opportunities for women through ensuring gender equality, creating a supportive educational environment, and implementing motivational mechanisms in higher education institutions. The impact of modern educational technologies and innovative approaches on women’s academic and social activity is also explored, emphasizing their importance in improving the quality and effectiveness of education. The findings of the study serve as a basis for developing scientific and practical recommendations aimed at supporting and empowering women in higher education.
