Abstract

Annotation: This article examines the organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for improving educational and methodological support in primary education through digital pedagogical innovations. In the context of rapid digitalization, the integration of modern technologies into the educational process has become a key factor in enhancing teaching effectiveness and student engagement. The study highlights the importance of developing technological infrastructure, improving teachers’ digital competencies, and applying learner-centered and innovative teaching methods. Furthermore, the article analyzes the role of digital didactics, multimedia resources, and assessment tools in ensuring quality education. It also identifies existing challenges, such as limited resources and digital inequality, and proposes practical solutions. The findings suggest that a comprehensive approach combining organizational and pedagogical factors contributes to the development of an interactive, effective, and student-centered learning environment in primary education.
