Abstract
The article presents a model for developing the professional competence of future physics teachers, which is aligned with international standards for educational quality. The model includes target, content, process, and assessment blocks, integrating fundamental knowledge, research skills, digital competence, and intercultural communication. Examples of problem-based and project-based learning, case methods, remote laboratories, and participation in international research projects are provided. The model enables objective assessment of learning outcomes and prepares competitive specialists ready for professional activities in the global scientific environment.
