Extraction of 15N ANC from the 14N(d,p)15N reaction

Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to extract the value of the asymptotic normalization coefficient for [Formula: see text]N[Formula: see text]N[Formula: see text]n configuration. For this purpose, the analysis of the differential cross section of the [Formula: see text]N(d,p)[Formula: see text]N reaction leading to the ground state of [Formula: see text]N was carried out within the framework of the modified distorted wave Born approximation. The peripheral character of the considered reaction was checked. The results demonstrate that the [Formula: see text]N(d,p)[Formula: see text]N reaction is peripheral. The value of the squared asymptotic normalization coefficient for the [Formula: see text]N[Formula: see text]N[Formula: see text]n vertex with its uncertainty was extracted.
