DEVELOPING STUDENTS' ETHNIC TOLERANCE IN CONDITIONS OF CULTURAL DIFFERENCE

This article is devoted to the issues of developing ethnic tolerance among students in conditions of cultural diversity. The article analyzes the experience of working with representatives of different nationalities and cultures, interactive methods implemented in universities and schools, as well as examples of activities aimed at increasing ethnic tolerance. The results of the study show that encouraging students to be open to cultural diversity helps to increase their social and cultural competence. The article can serve as a scientific and practical basis for developing activities aimed at strengthening cultural respect, mutual understanding and ethnic harmony among young people.
