PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF HISTORY TEACHERS

The article analyzes the problem of developing the methodological competence of history teachers in modern educational conditions. In the process of transitioning from a knowledge-based model of education to a competency-based approach, the increasing importance of the teacher's professional training, especially methodological competence, is substantiated.
