Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to examine the impact of innovative technologies on organizational performance. It investigates relationships between digital innovation, digital capabilities and innovation propensity, assessing how these factors collectively drive organizational performance. Design/methodology/approach. To fulfil the stated objective, the data were collected using an online survey from 99 employees working in companies operating in manufacturing, trade, distribution and service sectors. Findings. The results indicate that digital innovation, digital capabilities and innovation propensity have a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Originality. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the integrated role of innovative technologies in improving organizational performance. It expands existing knowledge by examining multiple technological and organizational factors simultaneously.
