Abstract

This thesis examines the digital and methodological foundations for developing 4C competencies in teaching physics in higher education. The theoretical and experimental nature of physics creates favorable didactic conditions for integrating creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration with subject content. The paper analyzes the methodological potential of LMS platforms, virtual laboratories, and PhET simulations within competence-based, learner-centered, activity-based, and integrative approaches. It also outlines a system of instructional tasks, assessment indicators, and practical recommendations aimed at fostering 4C competencies in university students through digitally enriched physics instruction.
