Resume. The aim of this study is to develop a differentiated approach to assessing immune status by comparatively analyzing the quantitative indicators of immunoglobulins in the blood serum of pregnant and lactating women. It was also demonstrated that pathological conditions affect the humoral component of the immune system, and the resulting immune system stress leads to an increase in immunoglobulin synthesis. Keywords: antigen, autoimmune thyroiditis, reference values, monomers, dimer, pentamer, placenta, complement
