Abstract
Ushbu maqolada talabalar ratsionida fast food mahsulotlarining surunkali gastrit rivojlanishidagi ro‘li o‘rganildi. So‘nggi yillarda tez tayyorlanadigan, yuqori yog‘li va tuzli ovqatlarni iste’mol qilish talabalar orasida keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, oshqozon shilliq qavati bilan bog‘liq patologik o‘zgarishlar xavfini oshiradi. Tadqiqotlarda fast food mahsulotlarining doimiy iste’moli oshqozon shilliq qavatida yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini kuchaytirishi, gormonlar va oshqozon shirasining sekretsiyasini buzishi bilan surunkali gastrit rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘lishi qayd etilgan.
