Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of bilingualism in modern communicative processes and its impact on the quality of oral communication. The study examines the speech strategies of bilingual individuals, particularly code-switching mechanisms, cognitive flexibility, and social adaptability, on a scientific basis. In addition, the article highlights the significance of bilingualism not only in language learning but also in enhancing an individual’s overall intellectual capacity, supported by various theoretical frameworks (J. Cummins, E. Bialystok).
