Abstract

This article provides a detailed analysis of the digitalization of the judicial system and its practical significance. In particular, it highlights how the gradual implementation of digital technologies in court activities has significantly simplified and accelerated case management processes. The introduction of electronic document systems has reduced excessive paperwork and made data storage and access more efficient. Additionally, the possibility of conducting court hearings remotely via videoconferencing has contributed to saving time and costs for citizens and organizations. This is especially beneficial for participants living in remote areas. The availability of online services for submitting applications, tracking case progress, and accessing court decisions enhances the transparency and openness of the system.
