Abstract
Through this article, we will discuss in detail the role of the State Services Agency in the public administration system, the need for its establishment, history, the experience of Georgia, its goals, a summary of the results achieved during its activities, its contribution, and the experiences that should be studied during the delegation's visit to Azerbaijan and Georgia. We will also analyze in detail the ideas on the introduction of new experiences in the field of public services, future plans, and expected effective results.
