Abstract

This study explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of preparing future teachers for educational (upbringing-oriented) activities through corporate training technologies grounded in a synergetic approach. The relevance of the research is обусловлено the increasing need for integrative, flexible, and self-organizing pedagogical systems in modern education. The paper analyzes the essence of the synergetic approach as a methodological basis and substantiates its role in enhancing the effectiveness of teacher training. Corporate training technologies are examined as a tool for fostering collaborative competence, professional adaptability, and reflective skills among future educators. The findings demonstrate that integrating synergetic principles with corporate learning environments significantly improves the readiness of future teachers for educational activities.
