The Formation of Uzbek-Language Broadcasting in Tajikistan Radio and Its Role in Covering Uzbekistan–Tajikistan Relations

Abstract

This article examines the formation, development stages, and current significance of Uzbek-language broadcasting within the radio space of Tajikistan. In particular, the role of Uzbek-language programs of “Ovozi Tojik” radio in covering political, cultural, and humanitarian relations between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan is analyzed. The study also highlights how these broadcasts contribute to promoting interethnic harmony, cultural closeness, and shared values. The findings indicate that Uzbek-language radio programs function not only as a means of information dissemination but also as an important communication platform that fosters ethnocultural integration and regional cooperation.
