The Study of Structural (Formal) - Functional Synonymy at The Lexical and Syntactic Levels

Abstract

This article is based on the study of the reflection of structural and functional synonymy at the lexical and syntactic levels. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of synonymy, the semantic proximity between linguistic units, and the possibilities of their interchangeability. The article also reveals the main differences and similarities between structural and functional synonymy, demonstrates their place and significance in the language system, and explains these relationships on a scientific basis. The research results contribute to a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of synonymy and contribute to the theoretical and practical development of linguistics.
