Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates the qualimetric parameters of education quality management in general secondary education institutions. The scientific evolution of the concepts "qualimetry," "qualimetric parameters," and "qualitology" is analyzed, and an author's definition is formulated. The "Innovative Pedagogical Atmosphere" (IPA) indicator is based on the "School Development Potential Assessment" (MRPB) index as an independent qualimetric component. Five sub-indicators of the IPA and their mathematical-qualimetric model are presented.
