Abstract

This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical significance of Government Relations (GR) within the modern communication system. GR is analyzed as a strategic communication mechanism that facilitates interaction between government institutions, business entities, and civil society organizations. The study explores various scholarly interpretations of GR, its integration with public relations (PR) technologies, and its role in influencing policy-making processes. The findings highlight the growing importance of digital communication tools, transparency, and institutionalization in enhancing the effectiveness of GR practices in contemporary governance.
