Abstract
The organization of tutoring activities plays a crucial and multifaceted role in enhancing students’ academic performance, intellectual growth, and personal development. In contemporary education systems, tutoring is increasingly recognized as an essential supplement to traditional classroom instruction, offering individualized attention and tailored support. However, despite its significant advantages, the effective implementation of tutoring programs faces a range of persistent challenges. Among the most prominent issues are the absence of standardized methodologies, insufficient availability of educational resources, lack of systematic tutor training, and low levels of student engagement and motivation.
