Abstract

This article scientifically and theoretically analyzes the specific characteristics of art-therapeutic work conducted with primary school-aged children (7–10 years old). The article examines the role of art therapy in child psychology and its impact on cognitive, emotional, and social development. As a result of the study, the adaptability of art therapy methods for primary school age, the possibilities of integrating them into the educational process, and the features of their practical implementation were identified. The obtained conclusions are of practical significance for specialists working in the fields of child psychology and pedagogical psychology.
