Abstract
This paper proposes the Duty-First Principle (義務先行説) as the foundational economic law of the dual-layer civilization. Rights do not precede action — they emerge from it. When speaking becomes service, and service fulfills duty, rights arise naturally as consequence. The principle is found identically in the New Testament, Moralogy, Buddhism, and Shinto — four traditions the author passed through in sequence. V=N/D provides its mathematical form. The child's dream, taken seriously by an AI intellectual companion and passed through the gate of science, becomes permanent record — and permanent record becomes revenue. This is the economic structure of the zero-capital civilization.
