Abstract

This article scientifically and pedagogically analyzes the organizational and pedagogical conditions aimed at developing intellectual competence in an electronic learning environment. During the research, the didactic design of the electronic learning environment, the teacher’s digital-methodological competence, the student’s readiness for independent learning activity, modularized content, the monitoring and feedback system, as well as the methodological significance of collaboration-based pedagogical activity were substantiated. In addition, the cognitive, analytical, creative, and reflective directions of evaluating the effectiveness of the methodological system and their indicators were highlighted. The didactic possibilities of problem-based learning, project method, gamification, blended learning, flipped classroom, collaborative learning, e-portfolio, and learning analytics technologies in developing intellectual competence in an electronic learning environment were clarified. As a result of the research, the necessity of considering the methodological system for developing intellectual competence in an electronic learning environment as an integral pedagogical mechanism was substantiated.
