Abstract

This article discusses the importance of continuous pedagogical practice in improving the pedagogical skills of philology students. Modern education requires future language and literature teachers to possess not only theoretical knowledge but also practical competence, communicative abilities, and innovative teaching skills. Continuous pedagogical practice helps students develop professional competence, classroom management abilities, reflective thinking, and creative approaches to teaching. The article analyzes modern educational technologies, interactive teaching methods, and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of pedagogical mastery among philology students. The study concludes that systematic pedagogical practice significantly increases students’ professional readiness and teaching effectiveness.
