Abstract

This article examines the role of communication and modern information technologies in teaching English within contemporary higher education. It emphasizes the importance of communicative competence, learner-centered instruction, and the integration of digital tools, including artificial intelligence. The paper argues that while technology significantly enhances language learning opportunities, effective teaching still depends on meaningful human interaction and pedagogical balance.
