Abstract

After our country gained independence, systematic economic reforms were implemented. In particular, road construction was accelerated, the automobile manufacturing business was established, and trade relations with foreign countries were raised to a high level. Naturally, as a result, the population's use of the republic's roads increased. Ensuring road safety is a pressing issue for both today and the future. This includes focusing on reducing the number of road accidents, the number of fatalities and injuries, and the overall socio-economic damage.
