Abstract
Speaking is a central component of communicative competence in language learning. This article examines effective strategies for teaching speaking through pair work and individual speech forms. It discusses methodological principles, classroom techniques, and assessment approaches that enhance learners’ fluency, accuracy, and confidence. The study highlights the importance of interaction, learner autonomy, and structured practice in developing oral communication skills.
