Abstract
This article analyzes effective pedagogical methods for teaching the story “the hypocrite sufi wearing a green chakmon” to lower and upper grade students based on Alisher Navoi’s work “Lison ut-Tayr”. The issues of revealing the content of the story in a manner appropriate to age characteristics, moral and ideological aspects, and considering it using interactive methods, cluster, debate and figurative analysis methods are highlighted. , the methodological foundations of critical thinking, respect for spiritual values and observation of artistic diversity are shown.
