Abstract

This article analyzes the main causes of injuries in athletics and the methods of their prevention. The study examined the factors leading to muscle, tendon, and joint injuries among athletes. In addition, the effectiveness of proper training planning, warm-up exercises, recovery processes, and preventive exercises was highlighted. The research findings are important for maintaining athletes’ health and improving sports performance.
