Abstract
Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) is now a fundamental pedagogical necessity in globalized education. This study explores theoretical and practical ICC applications through multimedia tools. By conducting an experiment at Urgench State University involving 115 students, the research evaluates blended learning strategies. Findings reveal that integrating authentic audiovisual materials significantly enhances sociocultural knowledge and communicative flexibility. The article justifies ICC as an essential prerequisite for professional mobility and global communication, providing a robust instructional model for modern universities.
