Abstract

In the process of globalization that is taking place today, the effective use of human capital has become a pressing issue for all countries. In particular, the importance of education in the effective use of resources is increasingly being proven. In such conditions, the development of each country depends, first of all, on human capital, knowledge and education of the younger generation. In particular, Uzbekistan is carrying out educational reforms, ensuring the continuity of education and upbringing for tomorrow's development. Today, students sitting at school desks not only learn, but also deeply understand human values, which will create a foundation for them to mature as individuals who benefit society. Just as the great goal of creating the foundation of the Third Renaissance in new Uzbekistan is a beacon for noble reforms, spiritual education in the minds of young people will also guide them to use knowledge for good.
