Abstract

In the work, the synthesis processes of graphene layers within polymer materials under theinfluence of high temperature and laser energy are investigated. During thermal stimulation, the carbonization and recrystallization of polymer molecules at elevated temperatures lead tothe formation of two-dimensional graphene structures. Laser stimulation, on the other hand, promotes chemical and physical structural changes on the polymer surface through localized,high-precision energy exposure, resulting in the production of graphene layers. These twostimulation mechanisms contribute to the enhancement of polymer-graphene composite fabrication, as well as the optimization of the mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties ofthe materials. The studies aim to elucidate the scientific principles of these processes andexpand the possibilities for creating new high-performance graphene-based nanostructures.
