These conditions may occur as direct causes or severe complications of postpartum hemorrhage and can pose an immediate threat to maternal health and life. The article analyzes their etiology, risk factors, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and treatment principles. Special attention is given to the importance of early recognition, timely intervention, multidisciplinary management, and preventive measures in reducing maternal morbidity and mortality.
