Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and methodological necessity of developing the professional competence of future engineers in the process of teaching specialized subjects. It highlights the issues of linking theoretical knowledge with practical professional tasks in engineering education, the purposeful use of digital tools, enriching independent learning with professional content, and directing assessment criteria toward competency-based outcomes.
