Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive socio-medical analysis of contemporary challenges within the maternal and child health (MCH) protection system. The research evaluates maternal and neonatal mortality trends, congenital anomalies, reproductive health parameters, and the critical intersection between socio-economic determinants and healthcare accessibility. Utilizing data from global health repositories and national clinical frameworks, the study highlights the profound impact of regional infrastructural deficits, economic stratification, and quality asymmetry in perinatal care, particularly within rural outposts. The paper concludes with integrated strategic recommendations, emphasizing regionalized perinatal networks, digital screening registries, and structural reforms designed to optimize preventive medical models and improve long-term maternal and child health outcomes.
