Abstract

This article explores the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective development of teachers’ professional competence in contemporary education systems. The study analyzes theoretical foundations, identifies key influencing factors, and proposes practical strategies for enhancing teachers’ competencies. The findings highlight that a systematic, innovation-driven, and reflective approach significantly contributes to improving professional performance.
