Abstract

This article analyzes, from a scientific and pedagogical perspective, the modern paradigms of teaching physics in technical higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation. It examines the impact of the digital learning environment, virtual laboratories, simulation modeling, STEM integration, and artificial intelligence-based adaptive learning technologies on the effectiveness of physics education. The methodological foundations of the competency-based approach in training specialists in technical fields, particularly in electrical engineering and energy, are also highlighted.
