Abstract
This research poster details a study by Virmani and Rajabova on the effects of physical activity on Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Study Focus: The research quantified the discrepancy between patients' subjective recall of physical activity and objective physiological thresholds, specifically focusing on mHealth-guided rehabilitation. Key Findings: The study found a severe disconnect between self-perceived health and actual physical tolerance, noting that subjective reporting is inadequate for risk stratification. Intervention Results: A 6-month personalized regimen delivered via the "HealthRunApp" significantly improved objective work volumes and reduced arrhythmia burdens in patients
