It explores the organisational and economic implications of incorporating quality management systems into business strategies, with a focus on adherence to standards like ISO 9001. The impact of AI on product quality, competitiveness, and decision-making is examined. Key contributions include adjusting organisational models to meet quality requirements and analysing economic indicators in management.
