Abstract

This article analyzes students' academic stress and its impact on functional indicators from a scientific-pedagogical perspective. The study examines the nature, sources, and psychophysiological characteristics of academic stress, as well as its impact on students' cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous systems, and cognitive functions. The article outlines methods for assessing academic stress, pedagogical approaches to mitigating its negative effects, and practical recommendations for improving students' functional state.
