Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the patterns of changes in the body's enzyme homeostasis under the influence of combined ecological and lifestyle stress (ecostress), which includes hypokinesia, high-temperature exposure, and intense insolation. A detailed analysis of the activity of key hydrolytic enzymes — 𝞪-amylase, lipase, and total proteases — both directly within the pancreatic parenchyma and in the systemic circulation is presented. The physiological mechanisms of membrane destruction, tissue ischemia, and the phenomenon of "enzyme escape" leading to the development of subclinical pancreatic insufficiency are described.
