Abstract
This article discusses modern approaches to improving diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in patients with bronchial asthma, including molecular-genetic diagnostic methods. Scientific evidence demonstrates that during asthmatic attacks patients commonly experience: difficulty breathing; chest tightness; swelling of cervical veins; facial edema; nasal dilation. In patients with bronchial asthma, wheezing and whistling respiratory sounds are frequently observed. The article additionally presents conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at optimization of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for allergic rhinitis associated with bronchial asthma.
