Legal Research at Novosibirsk State University
Abstract
Purpose. To summarize the results of research conducted on new directions in legal scholarship at Novosibirsk National Research State University. Methodology: the following methods were used in writing this article: analysis, synthesis, and a systems approach. Conclusions. As a result of scientific research in Russian and international jurisprudence at Novosibirsk National Research State University, with the support of the Russian Science Foundation, theoretical and conceptual-applied foundations for improving domestic legislation in the private and public spheres have been developed. Scientific and practical significance. The results of this research contribute to the formation of a new legal paradigm for Russian law and the updating of the methodology of legal knowledge.
